DESCRIPTION:Need help with your holiday plans?  The Farmer’s Market is open this Saturday. \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOn Saturday July 4th\, The Carroll County Farmer’s Market will help you get ready for your weekend celebrations.  Come early and let us help you with your baked goods\, vegetables\, and decorations for your weekend celebrations.  We have local sweet corn and local tomatoes this week! \nThis week customers will find local tomatoes\, corn\, blueberries\, cherries\, lettuce\, kale\, Swiss chard\, onions\, peas\, radishes\, zucchini\, beets\, squash\, cucumbers\, garlic\, peppers\, collards\, herbs\, and cabbage. \nOur food stands provide home baked goods\, including cakes\, pies\, scones\, cookies\, breads\, rolls and biscotti. You will also find jams and jellies\, honey\, nuts\, fresh eggs\, Farm Raised beef\, pork\, and lamb for your barbque needs\, and more. \nOur plant vendors will have hanging baskets\, annuals\, perennials and herb plants to spruce up your patio area. \nThe Master Gardeners will be on hand to answer your gardening questions.  Each week local artisans will offer an assortment of handmade crafts. Items available include seasonal decorations\, fabric crafts\, jewelry\, photography\, pottery\, painted wood crafts and more. \nThe cafeteria is open during market hours for breakfast and lunch. Pancakes and egg sandwiches are great for breakfast and don’t miss out on a slice of homemade pie or cake. \nThe Carroll County Farmers Market is held in Westminster\, Maryland at the Agricultural Center\, located on Smith Avenue\, adjacent to the Farm Museum. \nHours for the Summer Market are 8am-1pm \nThe Summer Session of Farm Market runs each Saturday throughout the summer. \nAdmission and parking are free. \nWe are handicapped accessible and busses are welcome. \n  \nFollow the signs to “Ag Center”. \nFor more info call Anita at 410-848-7748 or \nCheck out our website at www.carrollcountyfarmersmarket.com
