The purpose of this tournament is to fundraise for our officer assistance fund. This fund is used to assist Carroll County Law enforcement officer’s in time of need such as injury, natural disaster or wrongful prosecution.

It is also the permanent home of the long-running Carroll County Farmers Market and the highly–regarded 4-H Therapeutic Riding Program of Carroll County!
